Service Neighborhood Assistance Program (SNAP)
SNAP is group of friendly Lochwood neighbors ready and willing to assist our elderly and disabled. This is a free service from caring folks that includes:
Taking people to doctor's appointments
Picking up groceries
Picking up prescriptions
Picking up dry cleaning
And much more!
Please don't put yourself at risk. We will locate one of our neighborhood volunteers to run that errand for you. Chances are one of us will be going that way soon anyway. If you know someone who could benefit from this service, please let us know.
