We will be hosting a public balloon viewing test on the Shoreline property to see what an object looks like on the complex site line at 60’ tall (the proposed complex height). We’ll be verifying the length of 3 sets of ribbons/balloons are 60’ to 66’ and confirm the site line placement of the balloons for viewpoint accuracy. We’ll also have balloons indicating a 3-story building to compare.

We would like as many neighbors to come out to view and take photos/video from Yorkmont Cir. and Lake Gardens. As a trial run, we conducted a test to see what a 4-story complex looks like compared to a balloon at 60’ in height. As you can see in the attached photo, the balloon is significantly higher.
